Any adverse feedback can only mean that they have not tested these properly or perservered. As with any hearing aid, if you do not keep trying daily you may not adjust and get used to them but if you do, my daughter has highly recommened these.

UPDATE. Bought a second set and they lasted 2 months . Manufacturer sent a replacement right away. Very responsive and prompt action. Thank you Oricle OLD INFO. I purchased on September 19 2020. They worked for about 3 weeks and stopped working. The thing is they really are comfortable. Easy to change the volume, etc. Too late to return. I was very busy during that time period or I would have returned them for a replacement. I really like them but has to last longer. Will contact manufacturer to see if they will replace. Will add results to this review.

I lost my expensive $4000 hearing aid so I had no choice but to try a cheaper one hoping it would work. I have been wearing expensive hearing aids for over a year now. I have been wearing these for 2 days now and they work great. You do need to adjust the volume to a setting that is comfortable for you and make sure your using the right dome piece. Always clean the microphone daily and don’t leave them on, open the battery compartment to turn off hearing aids. Like any hearing aids you need to be gentle and take care of them or they will break. So far so good! I can hear and that’s the most important. Just have to give my ears time to adjust to something thicker being in my ear.

I only wish I could turn down the volume a bit, but for the price, they solved my problem: high-frequency sound loss. I found I only needed one of them, as I am not a severe case, but they fixed my tv problem and I can hear my wife now. I use the right one, and keep the other in reserve. I find also, that you can switch one of these to either ear.

Been wearing hearing aids the past 5 years or so I have had all sorts of hearing aids from very expensive to bottom of the barrel. I decided to try these to get rid of the issue with "behind the ear" and wearing glasses. What a surprise! These little guys worked for me as well as any that I have previously had. Surprise number two. Had a minor warranty issue and e-mailed the company, imidiate response! With apologies for the problem they led me through the warranty process. Much to my surprise the issue was handled quickly and professionally. Great service with no hassles.

I used the aids for the first time and I am really impressed! I had to adjust the volume a few times. But once at my level of volume, the aids have performed beautifully. I am hearing things that I could not hear without the aids in place. Also, I was told about the problems with using a telephone while wearing hearing aids. However, I have used the phone with the aids in place several times without any issues at all. Additionally, I have been told that I have saved thousands of dollars.
